Who may enter

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority. Stop using the Alpha if you do not agree to these terms.

Creation intelligence, not an infallible authority

AVORBYSS accepts intents and returns answers, plans or artefacts using the mode identified in the interface. Alpha features may change or be withdrawn. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong; review sources, test consequential work and obtain qualified advice.

Your matter remains yours

You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant the Company a limited licence to process it only to provide, secure and support the chosen feature and comply with law. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.

To the extent the Company owns transferable rights in output created specifically for you, those rights are assigned to you, excluding AVORBYSS itself, third-party material, pre-existing systems and other customers’ matter.

No hostile passage

Do not use AVORBYSS for unlawful access, malware, fraud, exploitation, harassment, deceptive evidence, infringement, evasion of safeguards or unlawful high-impact decisions about another person. Do not probe other tenants or the live service without written authorisation.

The private Singularity Core remains Company property

The Company and licensors retain rights in the platform, interface, orchestration, evidence systems, original architecture, model adaptations, evaluations, brand and documentation. Facts, mathematics, laws of nature and third-party components remain subject to their own rights.

Non-excludable rights remain

Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. These interim terms are governed by South Australian and applicable Commonwealth law.
