You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Stop using the service if you do not agree. Starting a paid orbit also means accepting the current Subscription + Refund Terms, the selected billing-market declaration and the exact checkout summary.
AVORBYSS accepts intents and returns answers, plans or artefacts using the mode identified in the interface. Customers remain responsible for reviewing consequential work, testing material outputs and obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant the Company a limited licence to process it only to provide, secure and support the chosen feature and comply with law. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.
To the extent the Company owns transferable rights in output created specifically for you, those rights are assigned to you, excluding AVORBYSS itself, third-party material, pre-existing systems and other customers' matter.
Do not use AVORBYSS for unlawful access, malware, fraud, exploitation, harassment, deceptive evidence, infringement, evasion of safeguards or unlawful high-impact decisions about another person. Do not probe other tenants or the live service without written authorisation.
The Company and licensors retain rights in the platform, interface, orchestration, evidence systems, original architecture, model adaptations, evaluations, brand and documentation. Facts, mathematics, laws of nature and third-party components remain subject to their own rights.
A paid orbit exists only after the payment provider confirms the event, the selected billing-market boundary is satisfied and AVORBYSS commits the matching server-side entitlement. Plan limits, monthly renewal, cancellation, payment failure and refund treatment are governed by the accepted checkout summary and Subscription + Refund Terms. Browser redirects never create paid access.
Paid checkout currently serves Australian billing, a limited United States founding pilot for professional or business purchases, and authorised purchases for verified United Kingdom VAT-registered businesses. The UK route is not a consumer offer. Additional regions will open as verified billing and tax routes are added. Customers must give truthful billing-country, organisation and tax evidence where requested. A missing, conflicting, pending or ineligible provider record may keep paid access sealed while cancellation, refund or protected review is completed.
These terms are governed by South Australian and applicable Commonwealth law. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees or mandatory rights that apply to an eligible customer in another jurisdiction.
